Back to Life

I'm proud to say that I was part of the largest Roks conference EVER. After taking a very long time to actually get down to Chicago- which I'm sure was no fault from our driver- we finally arrived in North Brook. There was actually an insane amount of @ers present. awesome. Saturday was the longest day of my life- in a good way- and by the end of it; I was convinced that we had done our rock'n role call Friday night rather than the actual time of Sat morning. Dinner Saturday had to have been one of the best parts of the day, come on we ate with the Pope! The rest of the night is summed up with an incredible amount of dancing- as always, and yes, my left calf is sore once again from dang cotton eye joe. Sara, you will be proud to know that there was extreme knee height during numa numa everytime- even right after Tanj and I had just eaten the largest lunch of our lives. We almost keeled over and died from exhaustion after that one. When it was played sat night- Tanj wasn't around and I did a Solo on the knee-height and loud singing- and I'm pretty sure people thought I was crazy.

All in all Roks rocked- but now it's back to reality, and now some studying needs to happen before my exam Tuesday. Blahh
